  I eat at the Waffle House 2-3 times a month. Me and my daughter love the food. We go to different locations and we have never complaint about anything. Today I went by myself to the Hitchcock TX Location and the waitress staff are very sweet and helpful. I sat at the bar this time and I didn't like what I saw. One of the cooks was chewing gum with her mouth open while buttering the toast and she coughed twice in front of the food too!!! I know she didn't meant to do it but she could have turned her head to the side. Then there is a cook looks like he is new at the job and had a slice of cheese on a plate he was preparing for a customer, I don't think he new how to prep that plate and here comes one of the waitress and with her bare hand picks up the slice of cheese and places it on a different part of the same plate. This same waitress that handles money, touches her neck, scratches her head. Like i said, the people are very sweet but after this I might stop eating at Waffle House. Sorry but not sorry.
